New Hope applies to IRS for Non-Profit status

An important step in starting any non-profit is applying to the IRS for tax-exempt status. We are very pleased to announce that we have completed our form 1023 just one month after forming the organization!

While 1023 applications may take several months for review and approval by the IRS, completing the application process is big milestone for New Hope. IRS approval is a necessary step on our journey to becoming an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
